A calendar should tell you what to sell next, not only what is already booked.
Stop treating every empty slot equally
A Tuesday 14:00 opening for a short procedure is a different commercial problem from a Saturday prime-time gap for a high-ticket treatment.
Connect availability to service demand
Record which services can fit the slot, the lead time required and which existing clients could reasonably be offered that time.
Use open slots before creating more traffic
Before increasing ad spend, check whether current inquiries, cancelled bookings or follow-up lists can fill the capacity that already exists.
Build a simple operating rule
When a slot opens, the system should trigger a defined action: contact a warm lead, offer a reschedule, promote a suitable service or leave the slot untouched if demand is already sufficient.
What to do next
The goal is not to automate every calendar decision. It is to make availability visible enough that marketing and follow-up can react to it.
